Hi, I’m Emma. I have been signing from a young age to communicate with my brother who has autism and is non verbal.
  
I now work in a special needs school and use Signalong a every day with pupils and staff. I trained to be a Signalong tutor in 2020 and now have baby who I am starting to teach signs to as well as my husband (guess who’s learning quicker).
  
I believe signing is a fantastic skill for both adults and children. It can help pre verbal children learn language and reduce frustration as well as being a fun thing to learn together.
